New in Forms & requests

Manage assignees and managers from the app

Admins can now change who handles a request directly from the app, without going back to the portal.

How it works

  1. Open a request

    Signed in as an admin, open a request in the app.

  2. Assignees & managers

    Assignees and Managers now have their own screens, just like comments.

  3. Add or remove

    Add or remove an assignee or a manager. The same status rules as in the portal apply.

Reassign in seconds

Changes are the same as in the portal, so everyone stays in sync.
